The Marotta Controls’ originated balanced poppet design sets the standard for valve reliability and performance. The balanced poppet requires a relatively small actuator which conserves power and minimizes the space required for installation. The main advantage these valves provide when compared to other types of valves is that they are pressure seated. When pressures increase, the seating force of these solenoids also increases.
