Alignment Fittings
Our Flo-Fit® valves are patented shipboard fittings that eliminate pipe alignment problems, reduce stress and provide a leak-free assembly unaffected by shock, vibration or thermal distortion. Their pivoting ball-and-socket design enables these naval valves to compensate for pipe misalignment, reducing stress and maintaining leak-free performance under vibration and thermal distortion.

Auto-Stop / Excess Flow Valves
Flo-Fuse® naval valves can tolerate overloads up to 100% above normal flow settings. A built-in dashpot feature absorbs transient pressure surges of substantially greater magnitude. In the event of excessive flow, the Flo-Fuse shipboard pressure control valve closes instantly – stopping flow and/or escaping line fluid. This isolates downstream failures while tolerating temporary overloads.

Chilled Water Solenoid Valve
An engineered solution to prevent water intrusion into the solenoid, this technology meets the requirements of MIL-STD-108E for splash-proof and for submersible applications. Also available with Intelligent Fluid Control Electronics for distributed system control. This design is intended for submersible shipboard environments, maintaining reliable operation at low pressure differentials while supporting distributed shipboard control systems through optional integrated electronics.

In-Line Valves
This unique multi-function high flow technology features a distinctive coaxial flow path that offers a significantly lower pressure drop compared to conventional valves of similar size. It can be used as a check valve, shutoff valve, reducing valve, or relief valve.

Valve Manifolds
Manifold offerings range from simple single inlet to multiple outlets, to multi-chambered flow control units. Our shipboard manifold systems are of single block or “building block” construction, and all valving is plug-in type. Because they integrate multiple shipboard valves and regulators into a single unit, they reduce installation complexity, minimize leak paths, and improve configuration control.

Motor Operated Pilot Valve
Developed specifically for maritime applications, our controls can work with DC brushless, servo and proportional control systems with a variety of power, torque, speed and positioning requirements. Quick Closing Valves
The SPV82 Quick Closing Valves series provides a simple overriding release mechanism that enables emergency closing or opening in milliseconds. When an emergency occurs, a lever actuates the armed release mechanism, closing or opening the valve without manually turning the hand wheel. This means they can support fire prevention and system protection with options for zero-leakage sealing and remote actuation.
