Customized Manifold Configurations
Manifolds are critical elements of pressurization systems. They combine multiple inputs and outputs into a single fitting that allows for the collection and distribution of fluids or gases throughout the system.
We integrate the functionality of a wide range of components into a single manifold, providing the flexibility to match products to specific requirements for efficiency and ease of maintenance. Our offerings range from a simple single inlet to multiple outlets, to multi-chambered flow control units including valves integrated into electronic networks.
Each manifold type is capable of numerous pressure settings that can be customized to meet specific flow requirements. Marotta engineers can also help meet pressure requirements outside the scope of MIL-V specs with custom manifolds.
Regardless of the specifications, our capabilities and credentials show we are more than capable of meeting them. Our reputation for quality and precision is evident in our status as the only small business to win NASA’s George M. Low Award for Quality and Excellence — twice.
