Pneumatic Systems Control-3000.pdf

 

IR Seeker Cooling Systems

This model controls the high-pressure pure air generating system which provides cooling for infra-red missiles.  Its DC Brushless, sensorless variable speed motor operation reduces cost and weight while increasing reliability.

Selected by NAVAIR for use in the LAU-7/127 launchers for the F/A-18A/F, AH-1W and AV-8B.

Pneumatic Systems Control-6000.pdf

Pneumatic Weapon Ejection Systems

This model has motor drive output to 800 VA, and was engineered with extensive Built-in-Test and digital CANbus communicatons.  Highly efficient, low risk design.  Meets EMI and harmonics suppression requirements.  Uses three-phase AC input power.

Selected by Boeing for use in the the P-8A Poseidon. 

Pneumatic Systems Control-Airborne Compressor.pdf Airborne Compression Systems

This unit provides superior power handling abilities, efficient AC/DC conversion and digital power control for optimum power management.  Operates up to 3,000 VA.  Uses an advanced, thermally efficient forced air cooling system. 

Selected to control the rotary reloadable pneumatic sonobuoy launch compressor on the P-8A Poseidon. 

Pump Motor Control Dual.pdf Aircraft Pneumatic Systems

Marotta has designed and developed this dual-channel controller used to control two PAO pumps for ECS and APU avionics.  This design uses a liquid-loop cold plate which provides performance advantages over air-cooled solutions.  High-power density, can drive two 3.5kw motors in a lightweight, compact package.

Pump Motor Control Hydraulic.pdf Aircraft Hydraulic Systems

This Safety Critical model uses motor speed and current feedback to control pump speed under varying load and power conditions. 

Selected for use in the F-35, this safety critical model controls a hydraulic pump to actuate doors and hatches during maintenance mode, as well as to provide backup hydraulics during engine flame-out. 

Pump Motor Control-Valve.pdf Naval Ship Systems

Flexible input power, LonWorks field bus, high availability.  Optionally equipped with super capacitor power back up system.

Selected for use in an advanced naval sub-sea vehicle, this multi-channel controller commands a series of valves for closed-loop control of hydraulic actuators on rudder, bow and stern planes as well as anchor winches.

ESC-1000 Space Systems

Selected for use in the International Space Station, this fully integrated DC brushless stepper/harmonic system is used on the Active Thermal Control System.  Powered from an external 28 volt DC source with peak draw less than 1 amp.
